Innovatefy 15-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy

At Innovatefy, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our hassle-free return and refund policy is designed to make the process as easy and straightforward as possible.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom-made items.

• Items marked as final sale.

• Gift cards.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return:

• Contact our customer service team via email at support@innovatefy.com to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Receive Return Authorization:

• Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

3. Pack Your Item:

• Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Ensure the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

4. Ship Your Return:

• Ship the item using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend keeping the shipping receipt for your records. Innovatefy is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Refund Process

• Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

• When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

• Expedited Shipping costs, where applicable, are non-refundable. 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. If there is a shipping cost for the new replacement item, we will ship it for free to you.
