Return and Refund Policy

 

Innovatefy 15-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy

At Innovatefy, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we hope you love everything you order, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we’ve made our return and refund process as smooth and fair as possible.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Changed your mind? No problem — if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can cancel it for a full refund. Just reach out to us as soon as possible.

  • After Shipment: Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be canceled.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

We’re really sorry if something arrived damaged, incorrect, or missing — we’ll make it right.

  • Damaged Items: Please contact us within 15 days of delivery with a photo or video showing the damage. We’ll either send you a replacement or process a full refund.

  • Incorrect or Missing Products: Received the wrong item or something missing? Let us know within 15 days with clear photos, and we’ll get it sorted right away.

Shipping Delays or Lost Orders

  • If your tracking hasn’t updated or your order hasn’t arrived within 60 days (or 45 days for U.S. orders), we’ll resend your item or issue a refund.

  • For Brazil, the window is 110 days due to shipping timelines.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If the tracking shows your order was delivered but you didn’t receive it, we’ll need a non-delivery certificate from your local post office to help process a replacement or refund.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return:

 Contact our customer service team via email at support@innovatefy.com to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Receive Return Authorization:

 Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

3. Pack Your Item:

 Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Ensure the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

4. Ship Your Return:

 Ship the item using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend keeping the shipping receipt for your records. Innovatefy is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Refund Process

 Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

 When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

 Expedited Shipping costs, where applicable, are non-refundable.
